A simple Hong Kong-style fried noodles made by quickly mixing ultra-thin noodles with fresh oyster sauce, prepared in-house from oysters.It has a rich flavor, with sansho pepper adding a nice aroma and accent.Even though the noodles are extremely thin, they have a firm texture that will become addictive.It goes perfectly with porridge, so we recommend trying it with the "porridge set."

Oyster Mapo Tofu

Mapo tofu is a meaty mapo dish made with coarsely ground meat, chopped oysters, and shellfish stock.The fat from the meat combined with the richness of the aged doubanjiang makes it a great match not only with white rice but also with umami-rich sake.If you like, sprinkle a little of the fragrant Jumi Togarashi pepper on the table before eating.
